Terms of Service

1. Agreeing to these Terms

By creating an account or using PrevLint, you agree to these Terms. If you use PrevLint for a company or other organization, you agree on its behalf and confirm you’re allowed to.

We may update these Terms. For important changes, we’ll tell you by email or on the site at least 14 days before they take effect, unless the change is required by law. If you keep using PrevLint after a change takes effect, you accept the new Terms. If you don’t agree, stop using PrevLint and ask us to delete your account.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old. If you’re under 18, you need a parent or guardian’s permission, and a parent or guardian must make any purchase.
• Give accurate information, keep your login secure, and tell us if you think someone else has access. You’re responsible for what happens on your account.
• One person per account. Don’t create extra accounts to get around limits, offers or a suspension.

3. Credits and payments

• AI Studio generations cost credits. The cost of each model is shown before you generate.
• Credits are sold in packs through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy processes your payment, charges any sales tax or VAT and sends your receipt, and its own buyer terms also apply. We never see your full card details.
• Credits have no cash value and can only be used on PrevLint, for generations and marketplace items. Apart from buying marketplace items, they can’t be transferred, sold or exchanged for money. They don’t expire while your account is open.
• Credits are charged when a generation starts. If the AI provider fails it, or it never starts, its credits are returned automatically (for one whose start we couldn’t confirm, about a day later). Credits aren’t returned for results you don’t like, or for generations you cancel, since the provider has already run them. If a generation went wrong for another reason on our side, contact us and we’ll review it.
• Purchases are final, except where the law requires a refund or we choose to give one. If a purchase is refunded or charged back, we remove the credits it added, even if you’ve already spent them, so your balance can go below zero.
• We may change pack prices and what models cost in credits. Changes apply to future purchases and generations.
• If you delete your account, or we close it for breaking these Terms, any unused credits are lost, including credits you earned from sales.

4. The AI Studio

• The AI Studio runs AI models made by other companies, through providers such as fal.ai and DeepSeek. We don’t build these models, and we may add, change or remove them at any time.
• AI output can be wrong, strange or offensive, and it can look like existing work or like what other users get. We don’t promise that results are accurate, unique or free of other people’s rights. Review results before you rely on them.
• The assistant in the AI Studio can make mistakes. Generations it starts for you cost credits like the ones you start yourself.
• Each model is offered under its maker’s license, and some licenses limit commercial use or the countries where a model may be used. You’re responsible for following them, so check a model’s license before you use its results commercially.
• You must have the rights to everything you put in, such as reference images, uploaded models, text and voices. Don’t upload photos or recordings of people without their permission.

5. Your content

“Your content” means what you upload, generate or write on PrevLint, including prompts, chat messages, comments and your profile.

• You keep ownership of your content. For AI-generated results, you get whatever rights the law and the model’s license allow. In some countries, purely AI-generated material may not be protected by copyright.
• You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, display and send your content, only as needed to run PrevLint. This includes sending your inputs to AI providers to fulfill your requests, and showing your public items on PrevLint and in our promotion of it.
• This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies other users have already downloaded, backups kept for a limited time, and what we must keep for legal reasons.
• You’re responsible for your content. You confirm that you have the rights to it and that it doesn’t break the law or these Terms.

6. The marketplace

Items on the marketplace are free or priced in credits.

Buying

• When you buy an item, the price in credits moves from your balance to the seller, minus our platform fee.
• Free and bought items come with the same license unless the listing says otherwise. You may use and change them in your own personal and commercial projects. You may not resell or redistribute the file itself, as it is or with small changes, as a standalone asset. The seller keeps ownership and may sell the item to others.
• Item purchases are final. If an item is broken, isn’t what its listing described, or is removed for infringing someone’s rights, contact us and we may return your credits.
• You keep the license to items you’ve bought if the seller later removes them, but we can’t promise they’ll stay available to download.

Selling

• Publishing an item publicly lets anyone view it and lets other users download it for free or for the price you set.
• We keep a share of each sale as a platform fee. The current fee is shown when you set a price, and changes to it apply only to future sales.
• Credits you earn work like any other credits: you can spend them on PrevLint, but you can’t withdraw them as money. If we offer cash-outs in the future, separate terms will apply.
• Only sell items you have the right to sell. Don’t sell other people’s work, items from the PrevLint library, or AI results whose model license doesn’t allow commercial use.
• If we return a buyer’s credits under the rules above, we take back the credits you earned from that sale. We may also hold, reverse or remove credits earned through fraud, chargebacks or breaking these Terms.

For everyone

• Some items were made by others and are shared under their own licenses. Where an item has its own license, that license applies.
• We aren’t a party to sales between users, but we may remove any listing at any time.

7. Rules

Don’t use PrevLint to:

• break the law or help anyone else break it;
• upload or generate any content that sexualizes minors. We report it to the authorities;
• create sexual or intimate images of a real person without their consent, or deceptive fakes of real people;
• harass or threaten people, or promote violence or hatred against them;
• infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights;
• upload malware or files designed to harm devices;
• get around credits, rate limits, CAPTCHA or other security, or access other people’s accounts or data;
• manipulate the marketplace, for example by buying your own items, faking upvotes or moving credits between accounts;
• scrape, overload or automate access to PrevLint without our permission;
• resell access to PrevLint or the AI models it runs.

You must also follow the usage policies of the AI providers whose models you use. We may remove content, limit features or suspend accounts that break these rules.

8. Copyright complaints

If you believe content on PrevLint infringes your copyright, email [contact email] with:

• your name and contact details;
• the work you believe is infringed, and the link to the item on PrevLint;
• a statement that you believe in good faith that the use isn’t authorized;
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you’re the owner or authorized to act for the owner;
• your physical or electronic signature.

We’ll remove the content and may notify the person who posted it, who can send a counter-notice. We close the accounts of repeat infringers.

9. Feedback

If you send us ideas or feedback, including through the in-app feedback form, we may use them without owing you anything.

10. Ending your account

• You can stop using PrevLint at any time. To delete your account, email [contact email] from the address on your account.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or create legal risk for us or others, with notice where reasonable.
• If we shut PrevLint down, we’ll give at least 30 days’ notice so you can download your content.
• Sections that by their nature should continue, such as ownership, disclaimers, limits on liability and governing law, continue after your account ends.

11. Disclaimers

PrevLint is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t promise that PrevLint will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that any content, including AI results and marketplace items, is accurate or lawful for your use. Keep your own copies of anything important.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim related to PrevLint is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$50. Some places don’t allow these limits. Where that’s the case, they apply only as far as the law allows.

13. Indemnity

You agree to defend and compensate us against claims and costs that arise from your content, your use of AI results, or your breach of these Terms or the law.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be decided by the state or federal courts in [State], and you and we agree to their jurisdiction. Before starting a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it informally within 30 days. If you’re a consumer and the law where you live gives you rights these Terms can’t override, those rights still apply.

15. Other terms

• These Terms, the Privacy Policy and any terms shown when you buy credits are the whole agreement between you and us about PrevLint.
• If part of these Terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies.
• If we don’t enforce a part of these Terms, we haven’t given up the right to enforce it later.
• You can’t transfer these Terms to anyone else without our consent. We may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of PrevLint.
